This is a collaboration piece. My friend, Victoria Beals, painted most of the porcelain pieces used in this mosaic. She was inspired by a dream she had some years ago, that set her on the path she is on today.

I set the pieces onto a surface based on my design. There a few handpainted pieces, around the edges, that I painted. The mosaic is comprised of painted heatset porcelain, glass stones, stained glass and broken ceramic crockery. I used two different grout colors, a raspberry around the edges and black in the center. The surface used is treated MDF.
