Media:  glass on glass mosaic
Dimensions:  11" tall x 4" x 4" x 4"
Date of Work:  2006

I made this bottle for my husband's parents in England for Christmas. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at the last minute because we were both sick. If I had gotten it completed sooner it would have made it into the October 2006 Zodiac Show

I used yellow and red stained glass in a random pattern on the sides of this three sided triangular shaped bottle (which is why the measurements are 4" x 4" x 4"). Along the edges are diamond cut glass gems with symbols of the zodiac cut into them and painted gold. I had a dickens of a time getting them to adhere straight, but I think I prevailed (well mostly prevailed).

Like what you see? I enjoy making this piece had have enough glass zodiac gems left to make another. Just contact me for details -email or call 916-802-5238.
