I purchased a minature torso of styrofoam from Maryland Mosaics on impulse. I actually thought it was much larger, but was happy with the size once it was received. It didn't sit on my substrate shelf very long.

I also began incorporating polymer clay into mosaics and decided to include some butterfly wing canes and some leaf canes on this torso. Mrs. Green Man started to take shape.

Mrs. Green Man also has some jade stones, turquoises, stained glass, fresh water pearls, glass leaves and a lovely flower head. She is grouted with a dark green grout.
