I am available for commissions. Most commissioned work begins at $50 per square foot and includes most materials. Although not typical - intricate or complex patterns, using premium quality materials, can go higher.

------Payment/Design Fee

---- All Commission Work requires a ten (10) per cent or a minimum of $50 as the down payment prior to beginning. This down payment is for non-refundable design fees.

I invoice by time billings: Generally: 10% up front (non-refundable design work); 50% on layout of the design with the materials (pre-grout); and the final 40% at installation or delivery. These benchmarks will vary depending on the nature of the commission.

Payment of the first 10% is by check. money order or Paypal if desired and is generally non-refundable (although there are exceptions for everything).

If the contract is canceled, the 10% down payment for design fees will not be returned.
