Tranquil in Blue is one of many in a series of nudes I started a few years ago. Each is inspired soley by my moods and where they take me. I rarely know how a painting will look until it is complete. The variety of colour is never planned..it just flows freely. My artistic vision is concentrated on contrasting colour to define detail and also Light to bring the artwork to life.
