Greetings!
If you have read any of my other statements on one of my other dragonfly paintings I've created, you may have learned I love dragonflies. ;)
One of the wisdoms a dragonfly is to hold is "mastery of life" and "power of flight" so in this piece I wanted to incorporate those two wisdoms in this painting. I wanted this dragonfly to appear to have traveled afar and aback again.... and not just earthly locations, but through the fabric of time. This dragonfly is one who is well traveled. ;)
I created this modern dragonfly painting on a 16" X 16" canvas with acrylic.
This piece sold to a private collector in Hawaii.
