This Handsome Plymouth Rock Rooster recalls the three or four years I lived in the small town of Grants Pass, Oregon. I moved there from the San Francisco area for a while to get back to the land. Grew my own veggies and fruit. I looked into backyard poultry and was attracted to the look of the Plymouths, but I fell back into big city life when the savings ran out sooner than I thought. Someday I would like to be back in a small town.
