In anticipation of a non-local art show featuring miniatures, I searched my collection only to discover nothing that fit the requirements. So I got to work on something that did. Watercolors are like an annoying sibling in that you appreciate them, but they're difficult to handle. I do feel like I'm starting to get the knack for it, though. We'll see.
