I have made Pink Ladies for two Years now (both sold to private collectors for chairty), and it is a tradition I have for the cause. Sadly this year my studio has been torn apart due to packing/moving/unpacking and is not totally fit for actual painting yet.

This purse originally was born out of an EBSQ Eco-Art Challenge on the EBSQ Forum, and I decided to kill two birds one stone. The challenge was to take two items destined for the trash and create art. I chose a black trash bag, and a broken keyboard. With the keys from the keyboard I created feet for the purse, and used the Ctrl, Alt, Delete keys for the front. The cord was also used for the handle of the purse. The trash bag was cut into a huge spiral, and was used like yarn to create a daisy for the front and tufting on the inside.

The proceeds of this purse will also go to the Susan G. Komen foundation as if it was a Pink Lady painting.

For WIP pictures and new art listings, (and other KJ things) friend me on Facebook.
