This scene depicts Mount Usher Gardens, south of Dublin, Ireland. The photographic reference was kindly provided by a fellow artist for a weekend online painting project. It's always a bit of a struggle for me to paint a place I've never seen with my own eyes, but it's also a very good excercise.
