Namaste. This piece is meant to encourage a leap of faith to discover one's own glorious future. This whimsical ONE OF A KIND, ORIGINAL collage is made from discarded, scrap and/or recycled materials. It measures approx. 6" X 6". Recycled chipboard, assorted papers, pastels, vintage image, royal blue metallic foil and silk flowers, inks and stamped images were used. The sentiment reads, "Will You Come Through The Portal And Meet Your Destiny? Scan does not show the VIVID colors and rich detail of this piece. It has much more depth and interest than can be shown in the photos. The effect I am going for with these pieces is fun and funky. I refer to my work as "primitive" because my techniques and use of recycled materials often results in the finished product looking a bit rough or unrefined, which I think just adds to the interest and character of the individual piece. This is an ORIGINAL work of art, not a copy or print. It hangs from dark blue satiny ribbon or may be displayed on a small easel (back is finished) It is signed on the back. Matte sealant protects the piece. Would make a very unique gift for that special someone or a real conversation piece for your home or office!
