Have you ever been to Prince Edward Island, home of Anne of Green Gables? The soil is almost pink... just slightly peachier than a rose color. Against it, the grass and foliage seem to glow. When I'm there, I paint & paint & paint. This is a color study from one of my many photos of PEI. It's a typical scene on a quiet road on this tiny island.
