Lisa Ober is a portrait artist specializing in traditional oil and pastel portraits. She has been painting portraits for over 20 years.
Growing up in Chesterfield, Missouri, Lisa began painting portraits
while studying at the Washington University School of Fine Arts where her focus was Graphic Design and Illustration. Her professional focus has included paintings of United States Supreme Court Justices, major league sports figures, corporate executives, government officials, and private individuals. Her work resides in private and institutional collections across the U.S. and abroad. Lisa has also illustrated several children's books as well as other publications. Lisa resides in the St. Louis area with her husband and two children.
