Each dot in this abstract painting represents a cancer cell slowly being enveloped by a sea of pink. I've been doing dot paintings since 2000, and this is another in the series. I tend to think of each dot as a meditation. It is a time to reflect, pause, and just take a breath. Each circle is painted individually, no stencils are used and take up to month to complete. 24x30 acrylic on canvas, 1.5 inch thick
