Media:  Acrylic, texture
Dimensions:  16 x 20
Date of Work:  2004

A lady was sitting alone, fully clothed, on an ice cream parlor chair amidst hundreds of people, and yet, she was in another world. Her half closed eyes and pursed lips suggested she might be waiting for a special someone to join her in a private room which would be full of passion and desire. Her eyes had glittery eye shadow on them, her pouting lips were full and ripe colored as a cherry, while her long coarse black hair flowed heavily down the olive colored skin of her back, and yet, she looked demur as she gazed out into the distance.

This painting was created using high quality acrylics and textures and varnished for protection. The eyes have glitter, the lips pout away from the canvas and much texture was given in various areas of the work.

Included with the painting will be a COA signed by the artist to verify its authenticity.

Please note that digital photographs, scanners, and monitors sometimes distort the actual colors and appearance of the painting and although I do my best to show the closest possible match to the painting, sometimes it just doesn't work. Please email me with any questions you might have.
