These are for the August NFAC contest - our theme this month is 'illustrate a story or poem', I've choosen Edward Lear's The Owl and the Pussycat. You get Owl, his guitar, Pussycat, Piggy-wig, and the Moon. OWL is about seven inches tall, of ginger-y wool blend felt with applique face and features. GUITAR he played and sang to Pussy with is about 4.5 inches, of gold felt accented with embroidery. PUSSYCAT is soft black wool blend felt, about six and a half inches. PIGGY-WIG (who sold them the ring) about six and half inches with large pompador hair and tiny bead piggy eyes.
