For as long as I can remember I've loved to draw comical characters. When I was younger it was the teenage mutant ninja turtles and the tiny toon characters that I drew all over my school notebooks.

Before highschool I took art lessons from an independent art teacher. Every Friday I would learn shapes and shadows, tones and color from a display she had set up. For 6 years I was at her studio drawing still life until I went to college.

It wasn't until college that I picked up on my own style.
