This Piggy Bank is a unique one of a kind vessel. It is signed on the bottom by me the artist. This will make a nice addition to any piggy bank collection. This piece was months in the making of the form and a lot of experimentation to come up with the right combination of materials that would work well together. . First I made the body with cardboard and plaster cast then coated with joint compound, lots of layers and sanding in-between. I used a piece of black sequenced fabric and some nice metallic trim. It is attached to the body with acid free, non-caustic and neutral PH (7.0) Collage Gel. This piggy bank is not meant for children it is for collecting and displaying. You may use it for coins if you wish.
