When a bushman or better known in Australia as a swagman decided it was time to stop, that just what they did. Every good bushman would carry a small sack of billy tea, a billy (a simple can with a wire handle), matches and his mug. They would find a creek (for water) where possible, build themselves a makeshift campfire and boil the billy and rest awhile. This bushman has a curious onlooker watching from the nearby hillside.
