El Blanco The D'uccle Bantam" Acrylic on on Tile 6" x 6" "What Can I say about my D'uccle (dew-clay) Bantam "El Blańco Pollo" ? He's a tiny white fireball, weighs only a pound and a half, and struts around my yard like he's king! Hopefully the full sized roosters will stay in their coops - lol My son took a picture of Blanco crowing, and I knew I wanted to paint him. The painting is on a clay tile, rescued from the landfill even though it was new. It is painted in acrylic, and sealed with a glossy interior/exterior varnish for protection. - MamaHen C. E. Harrison
