Outdoor Market is a companion piece to Saturday Market, and I painted both within a few days of each other. I love fresh produce ~ the draw of an open marketplace ~ the hum of shoppers milling around booths ~ the color. This painting was purchased by the same person who bought the other in April of 2008.
