This is fun piece that is based on an interesting dream I had. I don't know about you but it really makes me reminiscent of being a kid and having a dream about flying....I used various papers for the bubbles , which were important in helping to show the figure gently floating, and I also first painted and collaged the figure on watercolor paper and then after preparing and finishing the background I adhered the figure in the center. I used pages and papers from and antique book, and the word adrift really popped out at me from one of these pages.... giving it the name.
