The goal of this piece was to paint a still life of fruit while avoiding the standard fruit in a bowl that has been painted a thousand times. I also wanted to create something that would look good hanging in a traditionally decorated kitchen or dining area.

The paintng is on 300 lb. Arches watercolor paper.
