This oil was entered in the Work In Progress (WIP) EBSQ show. It is still unfinished. This is a Dallas motorcycle police officer who was watching the Texas Stampede near the first of November (I believe) in downtown Dallas, Texas. Some cowboys get a herd of steers and run them down Main Street in downtown Dallas.

I had been working with the Mounted Unit and asked if they would be going down to direct traffic and they assured me that their horses would not know what to do with cattle, only people. I got stuck on this piece when I got to the color, Chrome! and then again when I had to do the background. Backgrounds vex me. They aren't important to me. I'll get back to it one day . . .
