• All commissions require a minimum 50% deposit. Upon meeting with you, I will provide a typical contract that will outline details of the job requirements. It will also explain any copyright information and final price agreement. This contract can also be mailed, or e-mailed to you. If mailed to you, review it, sign it, and mail it back to me. If e-mailed, print it, review it, sign it, send it back to me...easy :) In either case, keep a copy for your records.

• Portraiture require a photo reference(s) as close to the final look of the artwork as possible. If there will be any changes to the look, please make sure I understand your needs.

• You must let me know whether you need the photo(s) back.
