Patricia Anne Taylor-Jones, my sister, my other me, was the inspiration for this work of love. She was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer in 2000 and lost her battle in November of 2005. This piece depicts snippets of conversations we had leading up to her death, thoughts she might have presently and my heart wrenching struggle of whether or not she is with me now. I think she is, but I wish I knew for certain... ~ …the night I finished this tribute to her, she told me “thank you” in my dreams…
