My cat Max has amazing green eyes. I find the reflections in cat's eyes a challenge to draw and colored pencil seems to lend itself to the art trading card format. The black paper allows for a minimal use of pencil ("Less is more," one of my art profs used to chant). Alas, this was too late for the EBSQ+ Reflections show.
