Who doesn't remember that crushing feeling of disappointment?! Good preparation for adulthood, right?
However it's possible, in this case, that the incident was maybe not entirely accidental...but the regret is still real. (Of course I would never have let a balloon go on purpose...not me.)
It's also about the candy colors & textures that remind me of being young...
Painted in acrylics on striped scrapbooking paper & embellished with 3D alphabet stickers. The frame is something my daughter & I collaborated on- little balls of polymer clay rolled in our palms, then piled together to make a 'bubbly' texture & painted in more candy colors.
