This is a portrait of The Earth as Woman and as Mother nature. According to Greek mythology Gaia, literally, gave birth to everything, including the human race and the ancient gods even the creation of the mountains of earth are attributed to her. Mother earth is the ultimate creator. She supplies us with everything we need, a place to stand, air to breath, food to eat, water to drink family to love. She works tirelessly to renew herself constantly to keep providing for her children.
