You wont find an intellectual "artsy" sounding artist statement here. I paint because I love to create nice things, things that you can hang on your wall and be proud that its there, not because it's from ME, but because I created something unique to you that makes a bold stament and completes the look of your room and you know no one in this universe has a piece that is exactly the same as this one.
I spend a lot of time on each painting, usually at least 48 hours, and will not list it for sale until it is just right, so you can be assured that I didn't just throw a bunch of paint on a canvas and called it modern abstract art. This is why I dont usually have 100 listings at a time. By the time I am done with a piece, im so attached to it that I almost dont want to put it up for sale, but then i remind myself that my own walls are running out of room :)
