Langlois Studios is accepting commissions for book and magazine illustration work and is seeking companies that would like to produce and market Jane Langlois designs.

Also, I am accepting commissions for portraits in graphite: people and pets.

Portraits are rendered on acid-free, high quality paper. Portraits are matted with acid-free white matt board, free of charge. Frames not available.

How To Order Portraits:

1. Choose a good quality black and white or color photograph of your subject. The photograph must be sharp, and well-focused, do not send a scan. The face of the subject must be at least 1" wide in the photo (the larger the photo, the higher the quality of the portrait. The drawing can only be as good as the photo.)

2. Send me your photograph to Langlois Studios, 92 Harrison Street, Manchester, NH 03104. Do not bend or fold the photograph. An envelope with a thin piece of cardboard inside to protect the photograph from bending is sufficient. Send me your name, address and telephone number or e-mail address. And send me what size you want the portrait to be (see pricing details below.)

3. I will contact you when I receive the photograph to discuss any details. 50% of the cost of the portrait is due prior to start of the portrait.

4. I will contact you when the portrait is complete. Portraits can be scanned for you to view by e-mail before payment.

5. Payment is due before delivery. Accepted forms of payment are US certified check, money order, or a personal check made out to Jane Langlois. Payment must be received and personal check cleared prior to shipment of the portrait.

Pricing Details

Additional costs will be involved if you require a detailed background, or your portrait requires intricate details such as a uniform, wedding dress or floral arrangement.

Please allow 6-8 weeks after receipt of photograph for graphite portrait to be completed.

· 8 x 10 $210 head and shoulders only $260 full figure

· 9 x 12 $225 head and shoulders only $275 full figure

· 11 x 14 $275 head and shoulders only $325 full figure

· Pricing is negotiable for larger sizes

· Add $100.00 for each additional subject in the portrait

· Add $15.00 for shipping & handling
