Kasey Thiele is an artist based in Sunnyvale, California. She is a self-taught artist and began drawing and painting at the age of 3.

She put her art on the back burner when a career in business became a necessity to survive in the Silicon Valley. In 2003 she became a full-time mother and once again picked up her paint brush.

Kasey's main inspiration for her paintings are the Hawaiian Islands. She was fortunate enough to have vacationed there many times as a young child, and again this past year. The sounds, the smells, the warmth, and the laid back attitude are what she hopes to convey in her art.
