This is Kate. She is related to The Cat in the Hat, but I have been sworn to secrecy!

This portrait was taken from a photograph of Kate when she was a toddler. We titled this photo "Puff Baby."

I thought with a few minor alterations she would be a ringer for a Seuss character and just had to paint it as a portrait in my own style.
