Media:  artists pens and pencils on 120lb pressed paper
Dimensions:  11"x14"
Date of Work:  July 4th, 2008

I chose this piece from my Rip-off partner Catherine McClay, for two reasons, a wonderful painting of two big Cats fighting and the title, "Cat Fight", when I first saw her painting, this image came to mind, Cat's fighting, like in female Cat's, human cat's, diva's, bitches, scratches, hair pulling, so I created this Cat Fight drama, and added female forms and female profiles, notice the snotty way the dark haired cat is scratching the red-haired cat's face, like she is scratching a chalk board, I used yellow, orange, red, for the coats, a mixture of artists pencils and markers, and for the background, I used light blue, dark blue, turqoise and purple tones using the Artist's pencils, I hope you like this Catherine, I sure enjoyed drawing it up and putting the emotions of a "Cat Fight" into it.
