This comfy roll top skirt was created from two vintage tees and hand painted as shown and the flared design is flattering to most figures.

The flat measurements for this skirt are:
Waist/High Hip: 17.50"
Hip: 20.50"
The body of the skirt measures 14.0" in length and the 12.0" roll-top allows for an additional 5.0" of adjustment in length. Additionally, the hidden drawstring allows this skirt to fit sizes 4-8 quite comfortably.
