While cleaning off my desk in preparation for the REPURPOSED show, I discovered that I have saved a total of FOUR Marino Bay apparel tags saved for repurposed art. The tags are made of a stiff material and tossing them just seemed like such a waste.

I chose to paint a lilacs design on this one for entry in both the FOTM Lilacs show and the Repurposed show. Front side was painted with white acrylic and colored with colored pencils and india inks, and sealed with clear acrylic finish. Backside is signed, but left "as is" and still bears the "Marino Bay" brand name.

I added a split-ring through the existing hole in the tag, and to that, I added a ball-lock keyring.
