We go to Bear Lake every August to escape the Texas heat and to wind down. This gorgeous setting has proved fickle, weather-wise. The past three years we have had inches of sleet dumped on us, followed by sensational weather. The fishing has ALWAYS been great - but I wouldn't mind not catching a thing. Just being there is enough.....
