This is an original oil painting on hardboard. It is 6" x 6" x 1/4". This piece is varnished for protection and painted black on the sides. It is painted with brushes and a pallet knife and it has a medium texture. Also, I have used a sgraffito technique as I do in most of my palette knife paintings. Sgraffito is a technique which involves making scratches into the top layer of paint to produce texture and lines into the paint.
