Media:  oil
Dimensions:  16x20
Date of Work:  2008

This is painted on a 16x20 studio style stretched artists canvas. The sides are painted over, and staple free. So it can be hung as is. there is no need to frame it if you don't want to. This painting is of some Koi/comet pond goldfish. It is extremely detailed, as I spent a lot of time on it. The best quality Grumbacher oils were used to create this unique painting. This would look good as a decorative item in just about any room in your household (I recommend the bathroom). Especially if you like fish. The canvas is made of 8 oz cotton duck. It is triple primed for acrylics and oils. It has 7/8" staple free edges. And is on kiln dried, beveled stretcher bars. The winning bidder will be emailed their very own personal EBSQ certificate of authenticity, stating that it is an original oil painting. This will also be given a coat of varnish for protection. This painting is signed and dated by me, Janelle Dixon.
