This painting is of a young male lion resting in a tree. The best quality Grumbacher oils were to create this. It is painted on a 12x16 inch flat canvas panel. The painting is very detailed. The darker spots seemed to have picked up a bit of flash from the camera (they are supposed to be dark brown or black). I will try to get a better picture of it uploaded within the next couple of days. This painting is ready to frame. It would make an excellent decorative item. I will email the winning bidder an EBSQ certificate of authenticity for the item. If you like Lions or jungle cats, this would make a great addition to your wildlife collection. The front and back of the painting will also be signed by me Janelle Dixon. Varnished for protection.
