This lovely rabbit was created with the best quality grumbacher oils. I used quite a few colors to bring this item to life. It is a portrait of a mini lop rabbit that I currently own. I took a picture of her in one of our Daffodil gardens last summer, and thought it would be interesting to paint. It turned out to be lovely. She is painted on a 16x20 Lyons premium flat canvas panel. It is acrylic double primed for all mediums. I have coated it with non yellowing, acid free kamar varnish. This painting was exhibited in Grand Rapids Michigan at the Duvos center a couple of weeks ago in the art contest of the American rabbit breeders national convention and show. It won second place in its class. This painting comes framed, and is ready to hang. Would make an excellent decorative item, or gift since christmas is right around the corner. This is the original.
