I used a new Canon 50D digital camera fitted with a Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 lens, all mounted on a Bogan tripod. I triggered the shutter with a wireless remote that you can see me holding in my right hand.

I brought bread with me to attract waterfowl, but the only taker was a Mallard. He was not shy at all as you can see by the second image.
