Title: Steph

Many times my subjects have been the people closest to me at any given time willing or not. Good fortune has blessed me with willing friends and lovers to fill this passion in me, for that I am very grateful.

Here we have a wonderful woman with a great face. we simply went outside on my back porch in the dark with my Minolta X-700 and one on camera flash. This image was taken on film and has no adjustments at all except whatever occurred in brightness or contrast during scanning. In those days I shot 100 speed print or slide film.

In my humble opinion, a good image starts with a great subject and Stephanie fills that requirement, then add some light, the rule of thirds, some S shaped lines and you are in business.

Good luck and keep shooting! Thanks for Viewing this piece!
