*~*~ About Me ~*~*

I'm 23 years old (about to turn 24 in a few days!) and I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio though I have spent the majority of my life in Atlanta, Georiga. I am very close with my family and consider it such a blessing that they're so supportive of my art and everything that I do.

I've been a creative person for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it feels like I was born with a paintbrush and a pencil in my hand! I am my happiest when I'm doing something creative every day be it drawing, painting, 3D modeling, animation, crocheting, needlework...you name it...I've done it! I still have a few things that I'd like to try out during my life time and very high on that list is glass blowing. I was just born with that passion to create!

I'm currently attending art school, but I'm also pursuing my dream of becoming a full-time freelance illustrator. I would love to illustrate children's books some day!

*~*~ About My Art  ~*~*

Over the years, I have tried out many different types of media and many different styles. After several years of graphite drawings, several years of digital painting, I have found a new freedom in watercolor. I love the beautiful colors and the way that the watercolor blends.

Even though the media and the style may change, the subject matter has always been the same: fantasy! I love being able to escape the reality of our world for even just a few hours and enter a new fantasy realm where witches play tricks on Halloween Night, fairies fly around the sweet smelling rosebuds, and mermaids swim gracefully through the water with their dolphin friends. I enjoy making characters and often create stories for them so that you can enjoy their fantasy worlds as much as I do! Animals are a huge inspiration for me as well, and you can often find them hiding in my paintings whether it be a bird on a witch's hat or a flamingo in a pool in the background!

I have just recently started offering my work in the form of ACEOs on eBay! It's so exciting to me to be able to work in such a small format, because it's extremely challenging! It's also great to be able to offer my work to so many people around the world.
