Meaning: Made as a reaction to the War in Iraq and the blood that has been spilt. I felt a direct conflict to the over-powering pro-war stance as opposed to a country that is actually helpful to suffering nations.

Methods: Part of the ASL alphabet series. Small fabric quilt collage made with fabric and trim. Each piece has an appliqued hand in the ASL symbol of the letter along with a word. Images and colors connect to the word in each piece.
