The 3rd in my African Still Life series was done for October's Nibblefest theme native/tribal. A native/tribal theme screamed for an African mask painting. It was great to get back to this series of African inspired still lifes and I look forward to adding more.

This mask is a mask that my husband purchased in Nigeria and made a great subject for a painting. This painting absolutely glows and was an absolute joy to paint.
