The 51st in my Polish Pottery Still Life series was done for Februrary theme of "Vintage Cats" for the Nibblefest art contest. I think these Polish pottery cats look very vintage and were a purrrfect choice to paint for this theme. I painted this still life from a photo I took on my last trip to Poland. The store in Poland had a shelf full of pottery cats and I chose this grouping for the painting. I like how the little cat leans a bit like he's looking around the other cats! :)
