** From my PAINTING A DAY for 30 days annual ORIGINAL art promotion ** Painting Day 9 - Nov. 18, 2009: I love to garden. I'm not saying I'm great at it, but I love the physical process of planting, weeding, and watching the birds, butterflies, and bees enjoying your efforts. Thus far, I have avoided growing roses, however. And alas, I am now the proud owner of several lovely pink, red, and yellow rose bushes. This painting is inspired by this new collection and hobby. And for those of my collectors who love a pinkish hue to their art - here's your chance! I don't often paint with pink (not sure why) but this piece imbues a soft pink and beige antique quality. The painting is painted all the way to the edge of the paper, as shown. I hope you enjoy my Softly Spoken Garden! Painted with artist quality materials - Daniel Smith Acrylic Paints on Arches Watercolor Paper - Fine Art quality that lasts! The painting is signed JENLO on the front and signed and dated on the back. I hope you enjoy!
