To me, poppies symbolize the fragility of a human soul in its quest to perceive the infiniteness of the unknown and the uncertain around it. By poising the elegant and fragile flowers on a mystifying and perplexing background I try to find unifying themes in diversity of colors as I strive to find unifying principles in the diversity of life.
