I'm very interested in exploring the line between representational and abstract art. I strive to find the point at which the viewer can choose whether to see the art as purely abstract or as representing a scene. This painting was painted with a palette knife and is derived from a sunset over the beach on the gulf coast, known for it's emerald green waters.
